We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 7 nights, nonetheless everything was perfect...

the venue had brilliantly friendly and affable staff who made the stay superb. location: the hotel was near dining spots, kloof street and most attractions. i tried some drinks at bar rafikis restaurant, located 5 minutes walk away.

The staff was excellent and friendly. the location is brilliant, situated next to hiking trails and close to Bree Street, Kloof Street, and the city center. It is in a very quiet area.

The amazing location and friendly, super attentive staff were a big plus. the City Bowl neighborhood was definitely worth checking out - so much to see and do there! 🏙️

Enjoyed coming back. the morning coffee, croissants, bread, and fruit were all great. the service was super friendly and welcoming 👌.

Some of the rooms have little natural light due to the window shades, so the lighting can be a bit dark.

During my Xmas stay, I really liked the comfortable bed and the beautiful decorations in the room. The bed made me feel cozy and relaxed after a long day exploring. The decorations added a festive touch to the atmosphere, making it feel like a true holiday getaway. the location was great as it was close to key attractions and amenities. It was convenient to have everything within reach without having to travel far. Lastly, I enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, allowing me to unwind and escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The room had a slight odor, possibly due to the rainy weather. It was a bit off-putting, but luckily it didn't persist throughout my entire stay.

The setting and atmosphere upon arrival was exquisite, with fragrant flowers all around. the room service was excellent, with plenty of water and a chocolate treat each day. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to access a room long after checkout to shower before leaving.

Sometimes there were noisy neighbors, especially when the wooden stairs outside the room were used. the cleanliness of the rooms was a disappointment, with dirty floors and unclean bathrooms.

Had a great Christmas stay at this hotel. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location was great, moving around was easy and restaurants were close by. The decor is stylish, and the music played softly in the background was superb.

Sadly, the room was a bit cramped, with a small bathroom and low pillows that weren't as comfortable as I would have liked. The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, and I had a hard time getting the right temperature.

The walk uphill to return to the guest house might be challenging for some guests, although the peaceful and picturesque neighborhood makes it worthwhile.
